Are you the type who watches what you eat, whether for medical reasons or simply because you want to stay fit? Well, you probably already keep track of what you eat. However, a more convenient and easier way to do this is to use Klevernote’s Diet Log template! This iPhone app enables you keep an electronic record of the daily meals that you take, as well as the exercises that you perform. The Klevernote diet Log is much handier in that you can install this app on your iPhone. As such, you can bring it with you wherever you go. This also allows you to easily take note of your meals and exercises throughout the day. By using the Klevernote Diet Log template, you are sure to always stay healthy and fit!

The Klevernote Diet Log template has the following fields:

  • Title – A descriptive title for the day’s diet log
  • Date – The date for which the diet log is being entered
  • Breakfast — The food and drink that you had for breakfast
  • Breakfast Kcal – The number of calories that you consumed from your breakfast
  • Lunch — The food and drink that you had for lunch
  • Lunch Kcal — The number of calories that you consumed from your lunch
  • Dinner — The food and drink that you had for dinner
  • Dinner Kcal — The number of calories that you consumed from your dinner
  • Snack — The snacks that you had during the day
  • Snack Kcal — The number of calories that you consumed from your snacks
  • Food Notes – Other information that you want to remember about your diet for the day
  • Exercise – The exercise you performed that day
  • Exercise Duration – The amount of time you exercised that day
  • Exercise – Other information that you want to remember about your exercise that day
  • Water – The number of glasses you drank that day
  • Today’s Weight – Your weight for the day
  • Today’s Kcal – Your total calorie intake for the day
  • Today’s Fat % — Your total fat intake for the day
  • Photo – Enables you to attach a photo of yourself on the specific day, in turn allowing you to track your progress in terms of your fitness goals
